I have been blessed in many ways in my life! I feel truly blessed to have had the honour to sit and learn with some of Wildlife’s Master Painters. When I sit back some days and look back on the moments that brought me to their classes and the people I met, along with valuable lessons on art, life and friendship; I feel Gratitude! Thank you to all the Master Painters that have touched my life and inspired my creativity to flow and grow!
- Robert Bateman & Maria Buehl Robert is one of my incredible mentors. His works has inspired me for more then 20 years! Each time I have had the privilege to meet and study with Bob has been a tremendous blessing! I have continued to learn & grow from his generous instructions in art and regarding our natural and scared planet. Thank you with much gratitude and respect Bob.
- John and Suzie Seerey- Lester workshop What an incredible artist couple. I was so captured by John’s methods of painting. His brushstrokes were methodically placed with little or no effort. Suzie’s talent is just as enormous as her big heart and lessons she shared. Their work continues to inspire me! I had the best seat in the class! Being petite, I was able to sit under the table and watch and learn each and every stroke applied to the canvas by John. thanks for the fun filled and inspiring class. What an incredible time! I am still inspired by their work
- John Banovich is a truly wonderful Master Painter. I took my very first workshop with him. The techniques and encouragement he provided me started my path to take more workshops and study with master wildlife artists! Thanks John!
- Carl Brenders and Maria Buehl I had the wonderful opportunity to meet with Carl at Signatures Gallery St. Albert. Carl’s attention to detail is outstanding and inspiring! I continue to keep in mind our very brief but inspiring conversation.
- Simon Combes and I met at Signature Gallery in St Albert. What an incredible man and artist! He graciously shared painting tips with me in the gallery and we had lots of laughter too!
- Simon Combes not only was a gifted Master Painter. He had an incredible sense of humour too!
- David Kitler and Maria Buehl – What an incredible talented artist, and mentor. His class brought back good memories of art classes from when I studied at the Ontario College of Art. Great techniques and packed full of information and inspiration! Thanks David!
